“Upper Canyon is where the biggest lots and the biggest homes are, along with the majestic views,” said listing agent Barry Van Patten, of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. “This is probably one of the top three homes in Silverleaf that offer the best unobstructed views” of the surrounding valley, mountains and city lights.

The house, which is on an “extremely private” 3.3-acre lot, was built in 2020, and the owners bought it in 2021, he said.

Architectural details include high beamed ceilings, a curved staircase with wrought-iron details, wide hallways and doorways, detailed exterior stone carvings, Venetian plaster, Italian light fixtures, custom arches and chandeliers, and intricate marble, stone and brickwork throughout.

“In 18 years of representing luxury sellers and buyers, I have never seen a home with the level of finishes and details that this house has,” Van Patten said. “Every room has its own ceiling detail.”

The home is being sold furnished, with all of the custom interior and exterior furniture and rugs included, he said.

From the front door, you step into a large foyer with 14-foot ceilings and a chandelier and sconces, he said. The formal dining room, which has an adjacent wine room, is to the left.

The eat-in kitchen has two center islands, marble countertops, hardwood floors, a barrel ceiling and a walk-in pantry, according to the listing. The kitchen opens to the great room, which has three sets of French doors that open onto the largest patio.

All of the rooms on the main level have separate patios, Van Patten said. The primary suite has a sitting area with a fireplace, pocket doors that open to a patio, dual closets and a bathroom with two sinks, a steam shower and a jetted tub.

Including the casita, the property has 13,499 square feet of interior space, seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. The lot measures 3.31 acres.

Amenities include a pool and spa, a wine room, a bar, a four-car garage, three fireplaces, a fire pit, covered patios, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a gazebo/ramada and a detached two-bedroom casita with a kitchen.

Neighborhood Notes

“Silverleaf is the most prestigious of the guard-gated communities in Scottsdale, where people go who are seeking privacy, tranquility and serenity,” Van Patten said. Homes in the neighborhood range in price from $3 million to $33 million.

Downtown Scottsdale is about 15 minutes from the home, and it’s a 20- to 25-minute drive to the airport, he said. “We have a plethora of restaurants within five minutes and plenty of shopping.”
